Happy Holidays! Shipping Cut Offs to Receive by Christmas per USPS 

Ground (Standard)- must ship by the 17th. We will ship by 1 business day after order- however, sometimes it takes a second business day for the mail carrier to pick it up. To be safe upgrade after the 15th. Please note- in our experience lately, sometimes this shipping option is late!

Priority Shipping- must ship by the 18th- We will ship by 1 business day after order- however, sometimes it takes a second business day for the mail carrier to pick it up. To be safe upgrade after the 16th.

Express Shipping- must ship by the 20th- We will ship by 1 business day after order- however, sometimes it takes a second day for the mail carrier to pick it up. To be safe order by the 18th.

If you order after these dates, we'll do our best! We will ship it ASAP, but the post office does not promise to get it there in time. They MIGHT, but can't be sure.

We ship via USPS and offer the following services & rates:

  • Untracked Economy Shipping (10 or more days + processing) for a flat rate of $1.50 on orders under $15
  • Standard Ground Advantage Shipping (7-10 days + processing) for a flat rate of $3.50 or FREE with orders of $50 or more
  • Priority Shipping (3-5 days + processing) for a flat rate of $8
  • Express Shipping (1-3 days + processing) for a flat rate of $32

Please note- Ground Advantage shipping is economical and often delivers promptly making it a great option, however as of August 2025 we are seeing some delays in about 30% of packages. The Ground Advantage shipping rate has no delivery time guarantee. Once it is shipped the delivery time is out of our control. If your order is needed by a specific date, we recommend upgrading shipping to of the faster shipping rates. 

Returns:

We want you to love your purchase! If you don't for any reason, we are happy to accept a return of product in new, undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us nicalifejewelry@gmail.com and we will send you a return label. Once the product is returned to us, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the $2 for shipping. 

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact us at nicalifejewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item, we will send a replace free of charge!

Please note the few exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged)
  • Education Angels gifts cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged)
  • Free Gifts with Purchase cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged)
